Veterinary Medical Applications
Course instruction will include anatomy and physiology of animals, including the major systems of the body. Students will learn clinical examinations, animal hospital procedures, as well as, office management and marketable employee skills. In addition, students will learn the correct procedure for administering shots, bandaging wounds, mending broken bones, and assisting in surgical procedures. Laboratory skills, patient communication, and various technical skills will be explored.
